Omnivoo is built by founders who have hired in India themselves and felt every sharp edge of the existing tooling, slow onboarding, opaque FX, generic templates, and support teams that have never filed an EPFO ECR. The legal employer for India hires is Dynalize Technologies Pvt Ltd, our wholly-owned Indian subsidiary registered in Maharashtra.

04 Is Omnivoo a sub-EOR or do you run your own entity? +

Direct entity. Employment contracts are signed by Dynalize Technologies Pvt Ltd, our own company. Payroll runs on our PAN. Statutory filings go out under our name. This means cleaner liability, faster resolution on edge cases, and no chain of partners between you and the employee.

05 How is your pricing different from Deel, Remote, or Multiplier? +

We charge $149 per employee per month for EOR, with volume discounts at 10+ and 25+ employees, and we disburse INR with a flat 0.4% transaction fee that's visible on every invoice. Most global EORs charge $499–$749/employee/month for India and hide a 2-5% margin in the currency conversion. The difference is significant at engineering-tier salaries.

06 What's your stance on data and compliance? +

Employee PII for our India hires lives on India-resident infrastructure, encrypted at rest and in transit, aligned with Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act principles. We do not share data with third parties except as required for statutory filings with Indian government authorities.
