Setup fee

No onboarding fee on any product. You pay when the first contract is finalised or the first month of EOR runs.

Per-seat licensing

Pricing is per finalised contract, per contractor / month, or per employee / month, not per user of your dashboard.

Hidden conversion margin

Flat 0.4% transaction fee, visible on every invoice. The number on the invoice is the number that lands in the contractor or employee's account.

Offboarding fee

01 Are there any setup or onboarding fees? +

No. There are zero upfront costs on Contract Management or Employer of Record. You pay only when you finalise a contract or start an EOR engagement.

02 What exactly is included in the EOR monthly fee? +

Employment contract, monthly payroll, PF and ESI registration and filing, TDS computation and returns, state-level registrations across all 28 states, Form 16 at year-end, regulatory monitoring, and dedicated support.

03 Why does EOR pricing change based on salary and team size? +

Higher salary employees have more complex tax and compliance handling, so the fee scales modestly with comp. Volume discounts kick in at 10+ employees (about 13% off) and 25+ employees (about 27% off).

04 Is there a minimum contract length? +

No. Contract Management is per-contract. EOR has no fixed term, you can offboard at any time, subject to standard Indian labour law notice periods.

05 What's the transaction fee for paying Indian employees? +

You pay in USD. We disburse INR to the employee's bank account and add a flat 0.4% transaction fee, the lowest in the EOR market. The fee is visible on every invoice, locked at the time of payment. Most providers hide a 3-5% margin in the conversion.

06 What payment methods are supported? +

ACH and wire from US, UK, EU, and Indian bank accounts. Card payments are supported on smaller transactions. Contractor payouts via Contract Management land in local bank accounts across 150+ countries. EOR salary payouts go to Indian bank accounts.

07 Can I switch from Contract Management to EOR as the engagement grows? +

Yes. The typical path is Contract Management for one-off or short-term contractor work → EOR when the engagement is full-time and you want statutory benefits. We handle the transition in-platform, no need to find a new provider.
