01How is Omnivoo different from Deel or Remote?

Most global payroll tools are built around US/EU contractors and treat India as an afterthought. We're built India-first, with our own entity, our own payroll engine, and contractor compliance that actually understands TDS, GST, and the difference between a Karnataka and a Maharashtra contract.

02Do I need to set up an Indian entity to use EOR?

No. That's the entire point. Omnivoo employs your team through Dynalize Technologies Pvt Ltd, our wholly-owned Indian entity. You direct the work; we handle the employment relationship, payroll, taxes, and statutory filings.

03What does onboarding a contractor or employee involve?

A contractor: a compliant contract, an invoice, and the first payment, all handled in one flow. An EOR employee: documentation, statutory registrations, and payroll setup completed before they start work.

04What happens if a tax authority audits one of my contractor relationships?

Every relationship runs through a misclassification check before payment. We retain the contract, invoices, payment trail, and tax filings, and we'll work with your auditor or counsel to produce them in the format they need.
